Cold-Pressed Juice: What It Is and How to Enjoy It

What Cold-Pressed Means

Cold-pressing extracts liquid from produce with pressure instead of relying only on a fast-spinning blade. The result is a smooth drink that carries the flavor, color, water, and many of the naturally occurring nutrients in its ingredients. Exact nutrient levels still depend on the produce, recipe, handling, and storage, so no single bottle should be treated as a cure or a nutritional shortcut.

JHW offers simple blends such as Crisp Apple Juice, made only with apples, and Carrot Juice, made only with carrots. More layered options include Cool Cucumber, which combines celery, cucumber, lemon, parsley, and ginger, and Pineapple Power, made with cucumber, pineapple, lemon, ginger, spinach, and cilantro.

Juicing removes much of the insoluble fiber found in whole produce. Enjoy cold-pressed juice alongside meals that provide fiber, protein, and healthy fats rather than using it as a permanent replacement for whole fruits, vegetables, or food. Serve it well chilled, follow the storage guidance on the bottle, and choose a flavor that makes sense for your day.
